With our extensive and profound knowledge of raw and semi-processed material we are able to help tanners source the right material at the most competitive price for their particular finished leather requirements.
Hollander Hyams Ltd. are supplying shoe, upholstery, automotive and garment tanners with hides ranging from economic items up to the highest quality selections.
We also supply sheep and lamb skins for nappa, lining and double face production and wetblue splits for gloving, shoes and leather goods whilst pigskins are available from our Eastern European productions.
What we offer
Hides - we are collecting green hides daily from the leading abattoirs in UK, Poland and Belarussia. The hides are taken to our own warehouses for weighing, grading and curing. All our hides are sufficiently cured to withstand container shipments around the world. Once the hides are properly wetsalted they are then packed on pallets ready for export.
Lamb and sheepskins - similarly we are collecting green lamb and sheepskins from the UK's leading abattoirs. The skins are taken to our warehouses where they are graded into double face and nappa selections. The skins are well cured with fine salt containing a small percentage of Boric acid - this ensures that the skins are sufficiently preserved to withstand container shipments. After salting the skins are packed on pallets ready for export.
